Clicking Trust Center Settings in backstage view for ACCDR files triggers an error message:

This feature requires the Microsoft Access 2016 program to be installed on your computer


Access Version(s) affected: 365     (Not tested in A2019/2021/2024)

This issue was reported to the Access team in April 2023. As of 31 Dec 2025, the error has not yet been fixed.
